There are a few things you can do:


1. Get a better graphics program. I like Ulead's Photo Impact [http://ulead.com]. It's completely Photoshop compatible, at a much lower price, and in my opinion at lot easier to understand. If you don't want to pay for software, you can always try Gimp [http://gimp.org]. It, too, is compatible with Photoshop, and it is also free, with lots of documentation and tutorials around.


2. Get out your Windows CD and reinstall it.


3. Download it from Microsoft's site as someone else mentioned.
You can download it from the Microsoft website.

But I suggest you install Paint.NET, it's developed as a more powerful replacement for Microsoft Paint.
