I use Adobe Photoshop, but I hear illustrator works better.BEST PAINTING %26amp; DRAWING SOFTWARE?
Go for GIMP because its FREE to download and almost as good as photoshop.
In fact i do my webcomic ( http://babusimbdi.thewebcomic.com/ ) with GIMP.
