GIMP has not only all the tools of MSPaint, it has all the tools of some of the best Image Creation and Photo Mangement programs out there, best of all it is Open Source and Free to download and try.





The menus are a little unconventional compared with say PhotoShop or Paint, but once you get used to it, it is a breeze to use.
