What software is best for drawing, painting, etc?

Thanks for your time. What software is best for drawing, painting, etc?
In all my experience, it is not so much the software, but the hardware. Even the best can work in MS Paint if they -need- to, so long as they have the right input.

I have one of these....

a 9x12 for work, and a 6x8 for travel.

With a little practice and Painter/Photoshop (best 2 softwares) you will be drawing like you do in a pad in no time. What software is best for drawing, painting, etc?
MS paint. you can even use it for drawing and editing existing pictures. To find it, go to the start menu, go to programs, then go to accessories, and it should be on that list.
Photoshop ,Gimp, Photofiltre,or Corel painter
