Someone has blocking the image using some easy paint skill, i want to rubbed it off in photoshop software, is it possible ?

is it in the layer section, find the correct layer to remove it try lightroom from photoshop or call there support people type this on google www.adobe.phonesupport.com this will get you to them good luck
