I noticed that many tablet PCs come with software that is similar to windows' ';paintbrush' but for more visually advanced. It almost looks like legitimate pallets and painting tools and looks spectacular. I was wondering if there was anything like that for non-tablet PCs and if so where could it be downloaded?Tablet Paint Software?
Adobe Illustrator is such a program, but unfortunately it is not free. If you're interested, check out http://www.adobe.com
Paint.NET and Gimp however, are free, but are not quite as functional. They do however run faster.
You can get paint.net here:
http://www.getpaint.net/download.html
And GIMP for Windows here:
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/
Hope this helps,
Ken
