How can i save a photo on which right click is disable through the paint software???

Doesn't save in the file menu item work? If not, take a ';print screen'; put it in another instance of paint software and save it.How can i save a photo on which right click is disable through the paint software???
click the close the (x) on the upper right of the screen and it would ask you if you want to save. select yes and then voila. save
