Which software can be used to write,sketch and paint on an hp tablet notebook?

I am looking for a software that allows me to sketch,draw and paint on a tablet notebook. Is there a software that can recognize my hand writing?


I want to use such a software(s) on the Hp TX1314AU Notebook.
