Of the three choices, I'd pick Paint Shop Pro because it also has vector graphic tools, guidelines, CMYK print separation, etc. that would be useful for designs. I know people make designs with Elements, too, but since I use both programs I think the additional tools in PSP makes it a better program for design.What is the best software program to use to do t shirt designs? The most widely used programs for t-shirt design are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw.
